I placed an order online and went to pick it up. My experience was the *ideal* experience for someone like me. I went in, walked to the pick up section, the barcode was scanned, and then I received my items. It was quick and effortless. I appreciate service like that. I was in and out of there in less than 7 minutes. The store also appeared organized. Keep up the excellent work!
I looooove this place, fully staffed which means lots of help where ever you turn, the produce is reasonably priced as well as the food. Everything is fresh--ample parking with easy access locally or from the major highways. Very nice complex with other shopping and great dining choices from a fast bite to a sit down meal.**In store pick up**
Staff here are horrible. I’ve been here multiple times and have not had one good experience. They have about 13-14 registers but only open about 3-4 at a time. Employees are extremely rude!! I was on line with one item to check out with and the employee at the register was so rude and just closed her lane and I had to go to another lane and wait on another extremely long line. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. Managers here don’t care about our complaints. Maybe some area managers or general managers should pay this store a visit
Very convenient as this store is open 24-hours. You can get most of your basic needs any time of the day. Pleasant experience most of the time, but every now and then you will meet someone that is not so pleasant to deal with. One of the managers in the electronics section only knows "No" as a response. Not forthcoming and do not know how to deal with customers who are just looking for a good deal on items that are on sale. Online inventory also do not reflect the actual store availability - somehow items are not available even if it is listed as available.
Lines are long and there are never enough cashiers! Don't bother asking for assistance with anything because the employees either only speak Spanish, are hardly around, or don't know a thing! Aisles are not always fully stocked which is alarming since the store is 24 hours. Customer Service is decent but that's really only because I go there to load money onto my gift cards and that's it. The self check out line is the the I prefer because it's zero hassle but of course long lines. The store has decent pricing and that's what keeps me coming back but honestly they've gotta step their game up in regards to many other areas!
